Supporting Individual and Collective Growth

True freedom comes from accessing and embracing our internal knowing.

Do you find yourself stuck repeating the patterns that you know are holding you back?

Have you been told you are too insightful for therapy?

Have you found yourself so intelligent and guarded that you feel that therapy feels futile despite knowing that you want and need change?

These are common issues in which Jackie specializes. Jackie is able to support individuals to overcome old patterning thus increasing the opportunity to lean into and embrace personal freedom.

Hi! I am Jackie Shannon, LMFT, CADC III

Change can be both scary and hard. When we make a decision however, to challenge our independent and intergenerational patterning, we are able to overcome those aspects of our being which no longer serve us.

I provide a container which allows for safe expression and vulnerability thus allowing insight into shifting both independent and intergenerational patterning. I engage individuals, couples, and families through deep and authentic empathy to allow for profound self discovery. This authenticity often results in honoring one's own truth and value. It is through being seen in our most vulnerable state that allows for the shift we need to grow and change.

I have a unique and specialized approach to working with individuals and couples within the LGBTQIA2s+ community (including but not limited to Polyamory,  Ethical Non Monogamy). This approach is often described to allow for deep connection allowing for true self and relational discovery. I have often been told this approach allows for those who have been unsuccessful in previous therapy attempts to be successful.
